Found Mu Rose through a google search when I was visiting Kailua from Alaska. They offered a free first class and 2 weeks for $25. Hugely important as I was hesitant and to be honest wasn't sure it would be my jam. Wellllll, let me tell youuuu...it was!

Nea was my first instructor and I was hooked from the start. Rene, Wesley, Altair, Nea and Aurora...they all are AMAZING!! Each one offers something different and each lady gives their absolute all. I ended up doing 63 classes in 66 days! The energy and quality of sessions each one formulates gave me the drive and encouragement to get up each morning and hit it hard. Was it fun, challenging and worth it...A HUNDRED TIMES OVER!!

But here’s what I left with: Extreme gratitude for myself, friends for a lifetime, the love of consistent training, and a place to call home when I come back to visit. All the trainers I am blessed to call friends. Each instructor consistently took the time to understand my needs, challenges and expectations. They corrected when needed and always spurred me on. Me and my fellow workout pod grew with each session because we were given exactly what we showed up to get.

I left Mu Rose better than when I walked in. They gave me the gift of knowing I can and I WILL keep going with my fitness and wellness journey. Lastly, what I didn’t expect was that they each woman held space for me. I laughed and I cried and they surrounded me through it all. I made true true connections. I never knew ladies could be so connected, kind, loving and authentic. My heart and body walked in in pieces and when I left my heart and body left in peace. THANK YOU (*tear) Rene, Wesley, Altair, Aurora and Nea. I will be back! PS. Sweaty hugs are the BEST!

Such a beautiful and loving space. I enjoy all of the classes that I have attended. & the yoni steaming session provided relaxation & healing. It’s a wonderful community to be a part of.

Celeste is a phenomenal being. I felt so welcomed and received. I feel so much love in my heart. Thank you for the beautiful experience.
